Steamed salmon with courgette

2 salmon steaks, ½ small courgette, extra virgin olive oil, salt, water and white wine.
Remove the salmon skin and extract any fish bones with tweezers. Wash under the running cold tap and dry with a paper towel.
Wash the courgette. Finely slice one half and julienne the other half.Pour a little water and wine in the steam case
, place the tray and the courgette slices on it. Then place the salmon and finally place the courgette julienne on it.Close the steam case and place it in the microwave oven for 2 and half minutes with 800W power.Serve the salmon and courgette with a drop of olive oil and a few sprinkled salt crystals.
