Light dishes to stand the heat
With the high temperatures of the summer, the best thing is to prepare light, simple and refreshing meals. Therefore, in this mail I want to give you a few ideas about balanced meals. You will only have to choose a first course, second course and dessert to get your complete menu.
As a starter, I recommend various options. On one hand, you could go for cold cream soups or soups. Very often, we associate this type of dish with the winter months, but they are also a very good choice during the summer, of course, they should be eaten just warm or cold. Have you tried tomato and watermelon soup with basil oil? It is very rich in vitamins and minerals!
Alternatively, a classic, salads prepared with all kinds of vegetables. There are a lot of options. Today I propose you make a crudités salad. As a main course, I recommend fish or meat accompanied with pasta, rice, vegetables or potatoes. Try to use simple cooking methods like the oven, steamed, on the grill or braised. Even the typical Spanish omelette can also be steamed (you can see the recipe at here ). It is a very tasty option but with the advantage that is contains less calories and is more easily digested.

Para terminar, recuerda que es imprescindible durante el verano una buena hidratación. Además del agua, puedes optar por los zumos naturales o también por las infusiones y los tés fríos.
