• 3 king prawns
• ¼ onion
• 1 patato
• salt
• extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
• pepper
• Provençal herbs
• rosemary
Place the sliced potatoes in the Lékué steam case. Add oil and salt. Add the onion and sprinkle with rosemary and Provençal herbs. Close the case and microwave for 6 minutes. Open carefully.
Add the king prawns and a little more salt, and microwave for 2 further minutes. No more, as they would overcook and be too dry. Perfect!
