"In a bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa and yeast. In another bowl, blend the eggs and sugar together with an electric whisk until the mixture doubles in volume. Once the egg mixture is ready, carefully add the sifter flour, cocoa and yeast and stir gently up and down until the batter is smooth. Last, flour the chocolate chips so they don't sink and add them to the batter. Place in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 20 minutes. Remove the cake from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before turning out.
For the frosting:
Bring the cream to boil in a saucepan. Remove from the heat and add the chocolate, stirring until smooth. Turn out the cake onto a rack and pour the chocolate frosting over it, letting the excess frosting fall through the rack.
Allow the frosting to cool in the refrigerator.
Blend the powdered sugar with the egg white and the lemon juice and stir well. Add the icing color and stir to obtain a uniform color. Fill the Decopen with the mixture and decorate the cake.
