Apples Stuffed with Black Pudding
Cut the apples in half and empty them. Peel the black pudding and cut them into 4 pieces. Stuff the apples with the black pudding and season it with cinnamon, salt and pepper. Put the sweet wine and the apples at the bottom of the Steam case. Put a small ball of butter on each apple and cook at 180 º C for 25 minutes.
