This unique rolling pin takes the guesswork out of preparing pizza, pie bases and pastry. It comes with three sets of removable discs that raise the rolling surface by different amounts, to create the required pastry thickness - either 2 mm, 6 mm or 10 mm.This ingenious device also ensures that dough is rolled to an even thickness throughout and to the exact size required, with dimensions in centimeters and inches lightly etched on to its rolling surface. The discs and locking nuts are dishwasher safe but the beech rolling pin should be washed and dried by hand.
