Salmon with vegetables and soy sauce
2 salmon steaks (approx. 80-100 grs. per person) 60grs onion 50grs courgette 50grs carrot 4 spinach leaves Soy sauce, Salt, pepper, Thyme in powder, Olive oil.
Preheat oven to 190ºC. Cut all the vegetables into batons, except the spinach leaves, which are used whole. Place them in the bottom of the steamer, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the salmon with salt, pepper and thyme. Place it on top of the vegetables and pour in a small amount of oil and soy sauce. Close the case and cook for 8-10 minutes. Open and enjoy! For microwave cooking: 3-4mn.
