Rosemary-scented lamb with spring onion and garlic
Peel the spring onions and the half bulb of garlic, put them in the Steam Roaster, and cook in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 ºC. Remove the excess of fat from the lamb rack and add it to the spring onions and the garlic. Roast for 20-25 minutes at the same temperature. Let stand for 5 minutes with the Steam Roaster closed.
