Beat the butter with the sugar, honey, milk, and cinnamon until it is mixed together. Add the flour and the yeast. Work together to form a dough. Wrap the dough in cling-film and place it in the fridge until it gains some consistency. Stretch the dough, place some in each cavity and bake for 10 minutes at 200º C/400º F/gas 6.
