80 ml. water 10 ml. rum añejo 20 gr. brown sugar 3 mint leaves
Boil the water with the sugar, let it cool then mix in the rum and chopped mint leaves. Fill the mould and freeze. This adaptation of mojito sorbet can be applied to other cocktails such as the caipiriña.
