Cheese mini cakes
60 g of butter, 2 yolks, 400 g of cheese Philadelphia type, 1 teaspoon of cornflour coffee, 60 g of sugar, 2 egg whites
Mix the melted butter with the cheese, the yolk and the corn flour. Whip the egg whites on the side. Join the two mixtures delicately. Bake in the moulds at 160 ºC for 40 minutes.
